AEP [Energy] makes it easy to switch and rewarding to stay. They also do more than provide energy. They provide energy-saving solutions and encourage a responsible use of energy.

Seth C. Erie, PA

I have used AEP [Energy] for my electric for over 3 years and have been consistently pleased with their price and easy to use web based services. I highly recommend AEP Energy to anyone looking for a supplier!

Pat G. Erie, PA

Love this company. Last year I researched rates and found AEP Energy to have the lowest rate for my needs. Just renewed for another year at an even lower rate. It’s nice to know there’s no cancellation fee, but I’m sure I’ll have no need for that. And I’ve found their customer service to be very efficient and the reps pleasant to deal with.

Patricia C. Meadville, PA

I enrolled with AEP Energy initially because of the low price. I have an all electric home, so price is important. I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that appears to value my business.

Brian S. Franklin, PA

I have been an AEP [Energy] customer for several years. The company is very reliable, has competitive rates and no cancellation fee. I have told several family members about AEP Energy and they too have switched and they like it also. Their reward store is just another plus.
