Important Update on Your Natural Gas Supply.

Starting April 1, 2025, your gas transmission administrator, Columbia Gas Transmission (TCO), will begin charging retail natural gas supply providers in Ohio, including AEP Energy, for increased storage and transmission costs. This tariff has prompted a change-in-law event and, in order to remain an AEP Energy customer, a new gas supply contract will be required.

How does this impact you?

Due to this change, your current contract will be terminated. You will need to select a new price plan that includes the pass-through cost.

Please take action now:

1. Enter the Customer Code from your letter to view your new natural gas price plan.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Review all fields to ensure the information listed is correct.

3. Accept the terms and conditions of the new agreement if you would like to remain an AEP Energy customer.

If you do not act by the due date specified in your letter, your account will be returned to default service with your local utility as early as your April or May 2025 meter read date.
