Important information for Duke Energy Ohio customers
If you are currently with another supplier and want to join your community’s natural gas aggregation program, you will have to contact them or Duke Energy Ohio to cancel your service prior to enrolling (Please check for any early termination fees with current supplier). Once you have received confirmation that your service has been cancelled, you will then be able to enroll in the aggregation program. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-888-659-3888.
